In short

ELU LABS is where I design, build, and launch products end-to-end — from the first sketch to the App Store listing. Each app does one job calmly, and most of them are live.

Overview

One person, the whole stack, real releases.

ELU LABS is my product studio for exploring new ideas, interfaces, and emerging technology. I work hands-on across product strategy, design, prototyping, and development — taking ideas from early concepts to functional products in people’s hands.

AI-assisted development changed what one designer can ship. It closes most of the gap between a Figma frame and a working build, which moves the hard problems to where designers are strongest: deciding what deserves to exist, and making it clear enough that people get it in seconds.

How I build

A few rules the studio runs on.

  1. 01

    One job, done calmly.

Every app is built around a single job. Calm copy, minimal chrome, no gamification for its own sake. If something needs too much explanation, the product isn’t clear enough yet.

  2. 02

    Honest beats confident.

LORE will say “I’m not sure” instead of forcing the nearest match — and a declined identification doesn’t use up a free scan. Worth has no accounts at all. Trust is a design decision.

  3. 03

    Real usage over perfect planning.

Ship, watch what people actually do, then change the product. OnCue was repositioned entirely because of how people used it.

  4. 04

Free tiers that do the real thing.

The free version should solve the problem once. You pay when your need multiplies — more counters, more listings, more scans — not to unlock the basics.

Three Worth screens: the scanner, an estimated resale range for Sony headphones, and three pricing strategies with a listing.
Worth — point, price, post. No account required.
Three Questward screens: the week view, a day-complete screen, and Life Paths with levels.
Questward — real-life goals as a daily quest log.
Three Pick of the Litter screens: choosing pet photos, a full ranking, and the best photo of a dog.
Pick of the Litter — which shot is the keeper?
Three GateClaim screens: steps before leaving the airport, a check-in pack, and an exported claim PDF.
GateClaim — the steps that decide a baggage claim, in order.
